Client NeedsLambert Lake is part of a series of wetlands along Lambert Creek (old County Ditch 14) that flows southwest from Goose Lake in White Bear and ends in Vadnais Lake. The intent of this project was to restore wetland function, provide greater flood protection and improve water quality.

Client Needs
The reconstruction of TH 10 required an evaluation of existing drainage condition and preliminary drainage design of water resources features for the proposed expanded roadway through the heart of downtown Detroit Lakes. The preliminary drainage plan required permission and approval from city, state and local units of government.
